Want to return an item?

All sales through our online store are final, and we do not accept refunds. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact our customer support team—we’re happy to assist you!

Want to exchange an item?

You can also exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The price of the exchange item should be the same as the price which you purchased the original product. You must pay for the return delivery costs.

Received the wrong item?

If an item you received is not what you ordered, please send it back to us with a note and we’ll exchange it for the correct item as soon as it’s arrived back at our warehouse.

Received a faulty product?

As soon as you realise a product is faulty, contact us via email at Aqaab@hotmail.co.uk or through Instagram @Aqaabofficial with an image.
